To get started, click the "Get Started" or "Start Enrollment" button on the home page. You will be guided through a simple registration process that includes creating an account, submitting your prescription details, and providing a payment method.

HealthDyne Pharmacy may contact you via phone call, text message or email regarding your prescription status, approval updates and shipping notifications. You can opt in to receive text message updates during the registration process.

During the enrollment process, you will be asked to provide a secure payment method. Payment is collected when your prescription is processed and ready for shipment. The pricing shown during enrollment reflects the 30-day cash price for each medication.

Pricing varies by medication. The 30-day cash price is displayed during the enrollment process when you select your medication. For Commercial insurance, see savings card and terms and conditions. Government insured patients are not eligible for the savings card. Check your plan for coverage and pricing.

Once your prescription has been verified and your payment has been processed, your medication will be shipped directly to the address you provided during enrollment. You will receive shipping notifications with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

You can check the status of your prescription by signing in to your account on the HealthDyne Pharmacy website. You will also receive updates via your preferred contact method (phone, text, or email) as your prescription moves through the review and fulfillment process.

Once your prescription is received by HealthDyne Pharmacy, you will be notified via phone call, text message, or email. You can also check your prescription status by signing in to your account. If you have not received confirmation, please contact Customer Service at 1-866-556-2609.
